Social engineering: the danger is sitting in front of the computer, isn't it? Prof Dr Helmut Reiser, Deputy Director of the LRZ and Professor at the LMU Munich, explores this question on the occasion of Cyber Security Awareness Month in October. In his lecture, he will answer the question of what social engineering actually is, what tactics attackers use and how you can arm yourself against it.
