Our HR specialists would be happy to answer any questions you may have about application documents and recruitment.
It goes without saying that your application and personal data will be in safe and reliable hands. Only a limited number of colleagues will be able to access your submission during the application process. We store your data for a maximum of six months after the end of the recruitment process. After which time, your data will be anonymised and only used for statistical purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on this.
CA is an abbreviation for the Collective Agreement for the public service of the Federal States. The LRZ’s employment, remuneration and social benefits are all governed by the provisions of this collective agreement. You will find more information on this online.
We work with decision-makers from the specialist department to which you have applied when reviewing all the applications and invite selected candidates to attend a joint interview in which you are also given the opportunity to ask questions about LRZ and the role. If you are successful, we will send you a copy of your contract and usually organise a further meeting with LRZ management.
Yes – Most LRZ employees can organise their working hours to suit personal needs in consultation with their managers and colleagues. However, there are a few tasks that require you to be on site, and we also attach great importance to our company culture, team spirit and solidarity. We therefore limit remote working hours to 60 per cent.
