Scope of Services and Service Specifics
The lecture hall and seminar room have extensive "multimedia equipment", including two projection facilities, a video conferencing system, microphone system, etc. Network connection and wireless LAN can also be provided. The foyer in front of the lecture hall and seminar room 1 is available for catering to a limited extent. In addition, other rooms are available for events.
Requirements
In order to be used, the content of the user's facility must be related to research and teaching or the content of the event must be related to the tasks of the LRZ. This means that rooms are not rented to institutions or for events that are neither related to institutions that use LRZ services nor relevant to LRZ users.

For events whose participants come purely from the academic/scientific environment, we recommend using the ‘eduroam service’, which is available free of charge on our premises. The free BayernWLAN is also available.
