Scope of Services and Service Specifics

The Mail Hosting service includes

Setup of the desired mail domain(s)
Provision of the desired mailboxes
Mailbox size of 5 GByte, expandable 10 GByte for an additional charge, see below
Backup of mailboxes several times a day
Scanning incoming mail for viruses and spam
Setup of forwarding and absence messages
Access with IMAP/POP clients such as Thunderbird
Webmail access

This service is made available to user classes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. The following fees are to be paid by the individual user classes. For users in classes (4) - (6), VAT is charged in addition to the fees shown in the tables.

Fees

Billing is based on the number of mailboxes. It is calculated in the middle of each quarter and then billed for the entire quarter on a pro rata basis for one year. The fees apply uniformly for personal mailboxes and functional mailboxes per year.

By default, 5 GB of storage space is available for the mailboxes. An extension to 10 GB is possible, which leads to additional fees. The fees for additional storage space are calculated in the same way as the number of mailboxes in the middle of each quarter. Storage space extensions can only be ordered by the master user.
