My computer is not compromised, but it is still blocked. How is this possible?
If it has been determined that a computer is not compromised, an incorrect configuration or the application's (e.g. online game) reaction to the inaccessibility of required servers can cause this block. An analysis of the computer's manner of communication at the time of the block should put you on the right track. Then you can make the appropriate changes to the configuration (for example, remove the inaccessible servers) or use a personal firewall to selectively prevent the application's unwanted actions and thus prevent a block.
